EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not refund money, we only exchange items (subject to authorization). We will cover shipping and handling only for quality reasons, otherwise you will have to pay for the deliveries back and forth. The item has to be unworn, unwashed and within 10 days upon receiving your order, it has to be fit for resale, that means no odors (deodorant, cologne, perfume, cigarette, alcohol or sweat), no hairs, no marks and no stains, this does not mean we will sell it again but it has to be in that condition to ask our suppliers for a replacement.
HOW TO APPLY FOR EXCHANGE
You should send your exchange petition to Carlos Garza – info@funandromp.com.mx only, and we will send you an exchange form. You will fill it out stating the reason for the exchange, describing exactly the defect/other for the exchange of the item and send it back to us via e-m@il. If the item has been damaged due to mishandling or carelessness by the shipping company, please send us a photo and describe the type of damage so we can take it up with our shipping provider.
HOW TO SEND BACK YOUR EXCHANGE ITEM
Upon authorization for the exchange you will receive an e-m@il informing you so, along with a physical address for the delivery of the exchanged item. You will have to include a copy of the authorization e-m@il in the box-package along with your name and date of your order. We will ship the new item once we have received your returned package.
PAYMENT METHOD
We only receive payment by PAYPAL.
SHIPPING
Do we ship our product outside of the North-American region? Yes but based on proximity like Central-America but outside of that it has to be authorized in writing by the would be buyer, since the extra charge would be covered by the said buyer, attaching (only first time of purchase) a copy of a valid ID (via an e-m@il from a personal account). The shipping would be made through any parcel delivery service provider we see fit to deliver the item in the country of residence of the buyer.

We only use two top brands of Tee Shirts, heavy weight black colored Yasbek 100% cotton Tees for embroidered Tee Shirts and white colored Playerytees 100% polyester for embellished Tee Shirts, both are short sleeve, crew neck Tee Shirts.
